[It's not until hours after the blob dissolved in the lake and Shun dragged himself to the shore, that he actually makes it home – it took a moment to warm himself up, and it takes longer to make his way through the city and back to the candy shop (his stomach still turns a little at just the thought) to get his belongings, to pick up a few other people's bins while he is at it.

He drops them just after making it through the front door, closing it behind him before aiming straight for the bath room. His skin is feeling itchy, his nose clogged with the lingering scent of blood. He can't wait to get it off.

He doesn't even bother to announce himself or greet anyone.]
